A very easy to make twirly dress.
Raffinée, 'Refined', wears its name well. It is elegant whilst being very easy to sew,
Fully lined, the front is slightly shorter on the over dress.
The lining is finished with a ruffle for a twirling effect.
A mini collar adds a touch of finesse to the front.
The back is finished with two tails to give just a glimpse of the lining.
In winter, made in lightweight wool, it can be worn over a long sleeved top.
In summer, in voile or fine cotton, it will be more floaty.
