Because sometimes Hannah would like to wear a skirt, but it isn't always easy at school. 

Here is a little very easy and very practical style to make in many fabrics and lots of colours.

A culottes skirt with a twirly skirt effect.  All the advantages of a skirt without any of the inconveniences.

For winter, in needlecord or lightweight wool, or even for summer, in linen or cotton, it lends itself to all circumstances.

Fabric 2 (Waistband):
